about
Originally from New Jersey, but several years in the midwest and deep south have taken the edge off. I’ve been a Coloradoan since 2003. I contribute both to open source and the bottom line at Canonical, the primary sponsors of Ubuntu.
Likes: photography, bikes, IPAs, wordplay, rocks, Vonnegut, beautiful software, liberty, other people’s pets, slow food, fast food, outlaw country, espresso, unixy tools, introspection, Argentina, pink, recursion, &c.
Hates: imprecision, multitasking, mosquitoes, waste, headwinds, driving, dilettantes, relativism, idealogues, and more.
If I could have a superpower, it would be the ability to never need sleep.

I am best while debugging really hard problems, refactoring scary code in a bug free manner, and relentlessly improving process everywhere.
