hearing voices
Is it just me or does anyone else read an email and actually hear the voice of the sender in their head? If I don’t know the person, he or she gets a default neutral voice that sounds a lot like my own.
This is an especially interesting phenomenon when reading various Linux mailing lists with a large international community, since I’ve been getting to meet and know some of the other developers in person now. It’s a virtual international cacophony of foreign accents ringing through my brain as I read my mail all day long.
Just wondering.
Also, why are there nice looking men with white jackets coming to my door?
