Also a funny anecdote from my wife&#039;s PhD commencement at U of Chicago a few weaks ago by one of Leavitt&#039;s contemporaries in the field of economics:  &quot;One of the world&#039;s most famous economists would look in the mirror every morning and give himself a D.  He thought he was doing pretty good since he gave the rest of the world an F.&quot;</description>
